Job Description:

Provides client service support to our clients/patients withlaboratory results in an accurate and professional manner. Handle questions,problems and complaints of all customers including physicians, patients andco-workers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• AS degree preferred.
• Customer service experience with knowledge ofmedical terminology required.
  Call center experience preferred.
• Previous laboratory or medical office experiencepreferred.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and theability to read, write and speak the English language.
